Carol joins the WMUK team having previously worked in hospitality and catering for WeWork and Channel 4.

Carol has a real passion for events and Jiu Jitsu...you've been warned!!

Bruno

HEAD CHEF

Bruno has been a chef for over 15 years, working in everything from laid-back gastro pubs to top-tier Michelin-starred restaurants. He’s passionate about bold flavors and fresh ingredients, and is especially focused on minimizing food waste in the kitchen. When he’s not cooking, he loves cycling and fishing.

James

SOUS CHEF

James loves cooking and is always learning new recipes and styles. Every day is a chance for him to try something different in the kitchen. In his free time, he enjoys playing with his child and relaxing on his phone.

Bessah

BARISTA

Chems has been working in hospitality for about nine years, having worked with a mix of companies. He enjoys travelling and visiting new countries, always looking to experience different cultures. He’s also a big fan of food and loves going out to eat, trying new places whenever he can. Alongside that, he has a genuine interest in learning new things and continuing to grow.

Edo

KITCHEN ASSISTANT

Edo is passionate about travel, filmmaking, and photography. He enjoys capturing authentic moments and sharing stories through creative content that engages and connects with others.
